How long does a website project take?

It depends on the scope, but a simple corporate website typically takes around one to two months. We'll confirm the timeline after reviewing the requirements.

Can you provide updates and maintenance after delivery?

Yes. We can discuss support separately according to the frequency and type of updates.

How long does a migration take?

It depends on the number of products and customizations, but one to three months is a general guide.

Can our existing store stay online during migration?

Yes. We work with the existing store running in parallel. There may be a brief interruption when switching the domain.

Can order history and customer data be transferred?

We migrate what is possible, but Shopify's specifications may prevent some data from being transferred. We'll check this before starting.

AI & WorkflowAI and workflow design

Can I ask for advice without already using a particular tool?

Yes. We start by understanding the workflow before deciding which tools to use.

Does the project have to use AI?

No. We first consider organizing workflows and automation, then add AI where it is needed.

Do you also work on booklets and brochures, not just websites?

Yes. We work on printed materials in A- and B-series paper sizes as well as websites.

Can I request writing services?

We can structure and organize the content. For copy requiring reporting or interviews, please discuss the details with us.

Podcast / AudioPodcasts

Can I consult you from the podcast planning stage?

Yes. We can help clarify the purpose and audience, then discuss show design, recording, editing, distribution and ongoing operation.

Can I request only recording or editing?

Yes. We can handle the whole process or just the parts you need, such as recording, audio editing or distribution setup.

Can you also help after an episode is published?

Yes. Depending on the scope, we can help with episode publishing, descriptions, website posts, transcription, article production and ongoing operation.

Can I contact you from outside Ishigaki?

Yes. We work with clients across Japan. Meetings are mainly online, for example over Zoom.
